Last updated, 27. August 2024

Welcome to Trinity House. By accessing or purchasing products from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our site and any transactions you make with us, including the purchase of digital products and physical items such as jewelry.

1. Purchase of Products

When you place an order on our website, you are entering into a binding contract with Trinity House, located at 45 Drumreagh Rd, Killinchy, County Down BT23 6LD, United Kingdom. By completing your purchase, you agree to pay the full price of the products, including any applicable delivery charges.

2. Digital Products

All digital products, including MP3 downloads and other media, are provided for personal use only. These products may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed in any form without prior written consent from Trinity House. Once a digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Physical Products

We offer a range of physical products, including jewelry, which will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. We take great care to ensure that all items are of high quality. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please see our return policy below.

4. Availability, Prices, and Information

All products are offered subject to availability. Prices listed on the website are in UK pounds sterling and include VAT and other applicable taxes, but exclude delivery charges, which will be added to your total during checkout. We reserve the right to change prices and product information without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price listed on the website at the time of your purchase.

5. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirms our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between you and Trinity House. You are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including your delivery address, are correct. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

6. Delivery and Retention of Title

Physical products will be delivered to the address you specify at checkout. While we strive to meet delivery times, these are estimates and not guarantees. The risk of damage or loss of products passes to you upon dispatch, but the title of the goods remains with Trinity House until payment has been received in full.

7. Returns and Refunds

Digital Products: Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

Physical Products: If you are not satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may return it within 28 days for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty. Certain items, such as personalized or perishable products, cannot be returned.

8. Personal Data

When you make a purchase, we collect personal information to process and deliver your order. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will use your data only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store credit card details and ensure that your information is securely handled.

9. Limitation of Liability
