• At least 12 hours daily in the energy of Roisin and Susan. Tree days of the transfer of knowledge and experience, covering a veriety of topics which have the potential to enrich you rlife. 

Retreat Information:

• The retreat is based at Trinity House near Killinchy in county Down, Nothern Ireland. Trinity House was opened by Roisin on 17th Marcn 2023 (St. Patrick's Day). 
• Day of Arrival: You can arrive at Dublin Airport; Belfast International and Belfast City airports: We will supply the itinerary to travel to Trinity House. 
• Personal Travel Insurance: You will need to have travel insurance for your trip. 
• Food: Breakfast, lunch and dinner is provided each day at Trinity. Accommodation will be local accommodation with complimentary transport to and from each day. 
• Retreat Fee - £ 1,260 includes full retreat course, accommodation, full board, transfers and excursions
